Satomi, Koutarou
Summary
Koutarou Satomi serves as the central protagonist who leaves his father’s home to live independently during high school. Despite having a tight monthly budget of only 5000 yen, he surprisingly secures a six-tatami mat apartment that fits his finances. The rent is deceptively low due to rumors of the location being haunted, a fact Koutarou is unaware of when he moves in. His solitary life is upended when he encounters Sanae, a ghost; Yurika, a Magical Girl; Kiriha, an earth person; and Theiamillia, an alien known as Thei. These new residents engage in a fierce competition to claim Apartment 106 as their own, turning his life upside down. Thei frequently refers to him as a "Neanderthal."
