Koutarou Satomi starts his high school years by moving into an incredibly cheap apartment costing just 5000 yen per month. However, there is a reason for the low rent—the place is allegedly haunted by a cute ghost, scaring off previous tenants. Koutarou soon discovers that the ghost is determined to force him out, and before long, magical girls and other eccentric female characters arrive, turning his tiny room into a chaotic battleground.
