Synopsis

Has the intrepid Inspector Zenigata finally taken the last bullet? In the turmoil following Lupin’s theft of a Buddha avatar statuette, Inspector Zenigata is gravely wounded while chasing the master thief. Lupin is not to blame, though—the crazed supervillain Morgana interfered, stole the Buddha figure, and sent “Pops” to his doom. Morgana seeks the ancient power of the Fuma called Fujin, and the beautiful ninja Asuka is also racing to uncover Fujin’s secret. Meanwhile, Fujiko Mine keeps sticking her hand into the affair, stirring up even more trouble. What is Fujin, and who will wield its hidden power?
