Synopsis
The narrative is set in the floating European city-state of Shahalta, which has remained cut off from the outside world for decades, as the nation undergoes a transition from a monarchy to a republic. To mark this event, an exhibition featuring the country's national treasures is arranged. Lupine plans to infiltrate the exhibit and steal the hidden royal artifacts, but sky pirates manage to grab them before he can make his move.
