Synopsis

Continues the story of Pokémon Concierge

Overwhelmed by a string of bad luck, Haru leaves her stressful desk job behind and becomes a concierge at the Pokémon Resort, run by the upbeat Watanabe. This resort is a peaceful getaway where people and Pokémon can relax together. Though she struggles to adjust after leaving her old routine, Haru's new role at the resort gives her the perfect opportunity to learn how to take it easy and concentrate on what truly counts—forming genuine bonds.

The story continues from Pokémon Concierge. "Since coming here, I haven't had to struggle so much. Maybe that's why I can actually give it my best." In these new episodes, Haru has matured a bit and is no longer a rookie. Alongside her partner Psyduck, she greets a variety of new Pokémon visitors to the resort, including Sealeo, Shinx, Luxray, Arcanine, and Corphish. Haru enjoys calm, pleasant days surrounded by these guests, occasionally dealing with any issues that arise. One day, a man named Kent shows up, and he appears to be Haru's ex-boyfriend. Why has he come to the resort? What will develop between him and Haru? Additionally, Tyler's uncle Dan arrives at the resort with the Sealeo that has been by his side for 15 years. Dan, who sometimes seems a bit sad, is troubled by something...
