Synopsis
As civilization moves forward, people start to lose their care and compassion for Nature, which stirs the anger of the ghosts, who grow more and more dissatisfied with humanity's selfishness. But the ghosts themselves are split: one extreme rejects humans outright, while the other wishes for humans and ghosts to coexist. Kitaro and his family belong to the latter group, hoping to bring about mutual understanding between the two. Kitaro's battle for love and hope continues.
