Hase Sanji, born Hase Hirou on January 2, 1936, in Tokyo, Japan, was a renowned seiyuu and the father of Macross star Hase Arihiro. He passed away from lung cancer on March 8, 2002, at the age of 66. While he was a free agent at the time of his death, he had previously been represented by Aoni Production. Hase is best remembered for his iconic portrayal of "Aderans" Nakano-san in Kinnikuman.
