Synopsis

Shiratori Ryuushi is a young man training to become an artist, about to begin his studies at a vocational school. When he arrives at his new home, Narutakisou, he quickly becomes the center of attention among the strange assortment of tenants living there. He also meets and develops feelings for the landlady, Aoba Kozue, who appears sweet and charming. But Kozue is not quite what she appears to be... in fact, she is much more.
