Synopsis
Hiro Momose endured bullying in middle school, where she was forced to run errands for delinquents. Now entering high school as a freshman, she aims to start fresh. Though every student must join a club, clumsy Hiro gets rejected everywhere she applies. This leads her to the "Helper's Club," a group on the brink of dissolution with only one member: Dan Ichikura. On the surface, Ichikura appears perfect—good grades, athletic, dependable—but he hides a secret that hits uncomfortably close to Hiro's past: he used to be a delinquent. After she discovers this, Ichikura makes her promise to keep it quiet. Now Hiro must avoid reverting to her middle school days and make this chance encounter work for them both.
