Across the country, strange zones called "Blackspots" have emerged, contaminated by the hazardous remains of destroyed cities and countryside. People trapped within these areas have undergone changes, gaining various supernatural abilities such as shape-shifting, fire control, or gravity manipulation, leading to them being called "Needless." Adam Blade, who has incredible healing powers and superhuman strength, is one of these Needless. In order to bring peace back to the broken nation, Adam and his allies must unite to fight against the sinister research organization, Simeon.
