Synopsis

In his childhood, Ryuuhei Oda witnessed his beloved elder brother's tragic demise alongside a peculiar symbol near the scene. As a vibrant and spontaneous high school student, Ryuuhei spends most of his time engaged in his passion—kickboxing. One night while returning home, a bizarre creature attacks and bites Ryuuhei’s leg, leading him to experience a surreal dream filled with unusual entities. The following day, these creatures attempt to attack him again in reality, but he is saved by Jessica Clayborn and Aruto Fushibe, who reveal that they have recruited him as their new member. Confronted with an urgent danger, Jessica presses the bewildered Ryuuhei to undergo a transformation into a "knocker-up," someone endowed with the ability to combat the dream-originated monsters. Leveraging his kickboxing talents, Ryuuhei activates his latent abilities to defend the city, only to encounter a symbol he will never forget.
