About a century after the salaryman office worker rose to prominence in Japan during the 1920s, society now finds itself at a crucial turning point. To investigate how work styles have transformed over the past hundred years, SmartHR produced a brand film that contemplates this historical progression. This look back at history is meant to encourage people to consider how they want to work in the future.
