Synopsis
In "KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World!," high school student Kazuma Satou—known as a reclusive shut-in—meets an absurd end while heading home with a newly purchased video game. He awakens before the attractive yet infuriatingly useless goddess Aqua, who offers him a choice: proceed to the afterlife or be reborn into an ideal fantasy world. Opting for a fresh start, he chooses the latter and is immediately tasked with defeating the mighty Demon King. Before entering this new realm, he is allowed to bring one item along, and in a misguided decision, he picks Aqua herself. This proves to be a critical error, as she possesses no practical abilities. Together, they discover that this world's reality does not match the video games they're accustomed to; instead of embarking on a grand adventure, they struggle just to get by, leading to an endless series of chaotic misfortunes.
