Mitsunari Tokugawa, the mastermind behind the famous Tokugawa underground fighting arena, sets up a tournament bringing together 38 of the world's top fighters, including many grandmasters from various martial arts styles. In Tokugawa's combat space, every technique is permitted except for those using weapons, allowing each competitor to unleash their full power and hidden moves.
