Summary
Koushou Shinogi is the younger sibling of Kureha, employing a specialized method known as cord cutting to sever an opponent's nerves and paralyze them. His aggressive fighting style stems from a deep-seated inferiority complex, as he felt perpetually overshadowed by Kureha, who always intervened to save him during their childhood. During the events of season 1, Shinogi faced Baki but was ultimately defeated. He later competed in the Maximum Tournament, where he encountered his brother in the first round; Kureha withdrew from the match upon witnessing Shinogi's unwavering resilience. In the second round, he battled Gouki Shibukawa, managing to shatter his opponent's prosthetic eye, yet he still suffered a loss.
