Synopsis
Jam lives in a small seaside village where the daily catch sustains the community. One day, his grandfather mentions that fishing has become poor in recent years. The steel hawks, who dwell on the nearby mountain, have abducted Watt Poe—a narwhal believed to be the sea's great guardian—thus robbing the fishermen of its protection. Determined to restore Watt Poe to the ocean, the boy sets off to climb the mountain.
