During a journey with her father to a mountain village, they become part of a star festival filled with mystical traditions. Licca soon becomes drawn into a magical struggle revolving around the festival itself.

One relaxing Sunday, Licca tags along with a friend to babysit two rather grumpy little boys.

In 2004, Optimus Prime receives a distress signal about trouble at Autobot City's gates. A group of Decepticons, commanded by a new and fearsome adversary calling himself Megatron—a Tyrannosaurus rex—has appeared! Autobots and Decepticons from various time periods have assembled in this era to battle over a newly discovered energy source known as solitarium.

Ryo took a position at Yaesu, a vehicle manufacturing company where his missing friend Masato once worked, hoping to track him down. He eventually reached the Makuhari test facility, a location closely linked to Masato's history. The facility's leader, Gray Gear, issued an enigmatic challenge: "If you want answers about Masato, come to the test track after dark and take the new machine for a drive." Following that lead, Ryo got into the Vector Versus and pushed it to its limit, exceeding 300 kilometers per hour. At that instant, he was mysteriously transported to another dimension.

Starting with a recap of the Transformers' arrival on Earth and the tale of Devastator, the OVA launches its original narrative. The Autobots are depicted in the process of building the formidable "Scramble City," a project supervised by their newest recruit, Ultra Magnus. Upon discovering this development, the Decepticons dispatch their combiner robots to launch an assault, triggering a fierce clash between them and their Autobot counterparts.

Beast Wars Neo is a 1999 Japanese television series created to promote the corresponding toy line. It is a direct continuation of Beast Wars II. The story centers on a band of Maximals under the leadership of Big Convoy as they contend with the sinister Predacon commander Magmatron and his followers to gather the Angolmois energy capsules that were scattered at the conclusion of Beast Wars II.

In Beast Wars Second, which takes place far in the future, a fresh group of characters journeys to a devastated Earth now referred to as Gaia. The Cybertrons, under the leadership of Lio Convoy, are dispatched to look into a strange shift in the planet's state and to stop the Destrons, commanded by Galvatron, from taking advantage of Gaia's abundant energy source, Angolmois.

In the ongoing conflict for Cybertron, Galvatron reappears with his Destron Headmasters to initiate a new offensive. The Cybertrons receive unexpected reinforcement from the arriving Cybertron Headmasters, commanded by Fortress (the head component of Fortress Maximus). It is revealed that Fortress Maximus left Cybertron eons ago in search of energy sources and has now come back. He explains that the Headmasters originate from a planet called Master, where human-sized robots constructed bodies of Transformer proportions. These robots can merge their own forms into the heads of those larger bodies, and they have now entered the war between the Cybertrons and Destrons.

A massive black hole is on the verge of consuming the entire universe, including the Transformers' home world of Cybertron. As Galaxy Convoy and his team seek a way to stop it, the Transformers flee their collapsing planet and infiltrate Earth, operating as "robots in disguise." Galaxy Convoy meets Vector Prime, who reveals the existence of the "Planet Force"—an ancient artifact capable of restoring entire planets, believed lost thousands of years ago alongside Cybertronian explorers who failed to construct a space bridge to the edge of the universe. Thus, Galaxy Convoy and the Cybertron warriors he commands set out on a grand journey across the cosmos to locate the Planet Force and awaken the ancient warrior Primus, hoping to save the universe. However, Master Megatron and his followers scheme to seize this power for themselves, aiming to dominate the entire universe. They relentlessly stand in the way of Galaxy Convoy and his allies. Will Galaxy Convoy and his friends succeed in obtaining the Planet Force safely? Note: The international version treats this series as a direct sequel to Micron Densetsu (Armada) and Superlink (Energon), featuring references to characters and events from both shows, as well as an additional scene in episode 51 that links the three series.
