Studio Take Off

Following the events of the original series by several centuries, "Yamato 2520" centers on the eighteenth vessel to carry the Yamato name and its conflict with the Seiren Federation. On a planet tightly controlled by the Seiren Federation, a band of Earth teenagers discovers the wrecked remnants of the Earth Federation Battleship Yamato. By employing the ship's data disk, they are able to take advantage of the Seiren's automated shipyards to build a new Yamato.

The story of Goldran centers on three young boys who are given the mission of locating alien robot warriors, known as Braves, which are dormant in crystal form. Their primary opponent is the extravagant and completely inept Walter, and the villains who serve him are generally just as comedic.

Ryu and Ken Masters, two highly skilled martial artists, maintain a strong bond as they travel the world to sharpen their fighting abilities and learn new techniques. During their journey, they encounter various martial arts styles and form new friendships. However, their quest is interrupted when they become entangled in the mysterious organization Shadowlaw's plot, forcing them to face their greatest challenge as they fight for survival against the evil M. Bison.

Fourteen years have passed since Kibagami Jubei defeated the immortal warrior Himuro Genma and thwarted the dark Shogun's sinister plans. Jubei now wanders Japan as a ronin. On his journey, he meets Shigure, a priestess who has lived her entire life in her village. When a group of demons attacks the village and kills its people, Jubei becomes a key target because he holds the Dragon Jewel, a mysterious stone. Meanwhile, Shigure travels to the village of Yagyu with the monk Dakuan and a young thief named Tsubute. As two rival demon clans pursue Shigure, Dakuan must rely on Jubei's skills again to protect the Priestess of Light.

Due to a janitor's mistake, an unsuspecting custodian is turned into Janemba, a chubby, yellow demon causing chaos in the afterlife. Since his heroic death during the battle against Cell, Goku Son has been taking part in posthumous martial arts tournaments. Janemba's disturbances eventually draw the attention of Goku and his fellow fighter Pikkon, prompting them to search for a way to defeat the monstrous enemy. After their clash, Goku witnesses Janemba undergo another transformation: the demon sheds its excess weight and changes color, becoming a sword-wielding opponent far more powerful than any Goku has faced before. Alongside his equally deceased rival, Vegeta, Goku must stop the menacing Janemba from destroying the very fabric of the universe.
