Three teenage misfits—Roma, Toto, and Drop—go by the name "Don Glees," a casual label for their neighborhood adventures. After the trio is accused of starting a nearby forest fire, they venture into the woods to clear their names. When their journey takes a disastrous turn, old tensions surface among the friends, forcing them to confront how growing up has pulled them in entirely different directions.

Ten years have passed since the Zol Empire conquered Aquafa, but they failed to take Fire Horse Village due to an outbreak of Black Wolf Fever, a disease now believed to have vanished. Van Gansa, imprisoned in a Zol Empire-run salt mine, survives an attack by spirit wolves alongside Yuna. The wolves, carriers of the fever, slaughter the guards, leaving only Van and Yuna alive. Convinced the illness is gone, Van decides to escape and seek a peaceful village with Yuna. However, his history as a fever carrier makes him a target for various factions: some see him as a potential cure, while others want to prevent the fever from being weaponized. This draws Van into a national crisis with consequences reaching far beyond the empire's borders.

The world is fading, unable to sustain life any longer. The Ainsworth family holds the power to use the Holy Grail to rescue humanity, yet this salvation demands the sacrifice of the magical girl Miyu. Her brother, Shirou, refuses to let them take her without resistance. Illya must now intervene and seek a path that spares not only Miyu but the whole world from its approaching collapse. The manga centers on the craft of filmmaking and follows Joelle Davidovich "Pompo" Pomponette, a gifted movie producer who looks like a small child. Working from the film capital Nyallywood, Pompo has been churning out one B-grade entertainment flick after another that anyone can enjoy. One day, Gene, Pompo's "movie buff" assistant, discovers a new script written by Pompo and is deeply moved by its exquisite story. In a burst of passion, he exclaims, "I want to see this as a finished work in theaters as soon as possible!" However, Pompo tells him, "So you shoot this film." Thus, Gene takes on his first directorial gig. Meanwhile, Natalie, an ordinary girl who just arrived in town with dreams of becoming a movie actress, has been discovered by Pompo.

In Josee, the Tiger and the Fish, Tsuneo Suzukawa, a university student driven by a passion for diving and marine biology, juggles several part-time jobs to save for studying abroad. His routine is upended when he meets Kumiko, known by the nickname Josee. Initially appearing rude and irritable, Josee becomes Tsuneo's responsibility when her grandmother hires him as a caretaker, offering the extra income he desperately needs. Although her demanding nature tests his patience and tempts him to quit, Tsuneo eventually uncovers Josee's suppressed yearning to explore the world beyond her wheelchair. Touched by this revelation, he chooses to remain and guide her toward experiencing life outside her home. As their bond strengthens, both realize that their shared dreams hold the potential to unlock personal growth and fulfillment for each of them.
