A 2019 short film from the Anime Tamago training project (Flying Ship Production, directed by Masanori Numaguchi). Bal, a poor island boy, constructs a makeshift boat and raises a pirate flag with his crew—his pig friend Bu, his sister Muge, and the giant salamander Kuna—dreaming of riches through piracy. Across two misadventures, he first boards a cruise ship secretly run by toy thieves, then a floating city of oblivious wealthy businessmen. His schemes keep backfiring into good deeds instead.
