In Hatsukoi Loss Time, Kouji Aiba goes through his school life with little contact with girls until a strange phenomenon called "loss time" starts happening. During these moments, time stops for everyone except for one hour each day. In this frozen world, Kouji finds himself pulled back to his younger days after meeting Tokine Shinomiya, a girl who can see through her scarlet eye even when time is paused. As the only two people able to move in this still world, the distance between Kouji and Tokine shrinks, leading to the growth of Kouji's first love. However, Tokine appears to be hiding a major secret that influences her behavior and feelings.
