Ichirou, an investigator from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Public Security Bureau, is ordered by his superior to approach and monitor Shirou, a yakuza involved in providing sexual companions to politicians. However, he unexpectedly discovers that Shirou is the younger brother of his senior investigator. Ichirou, who has long sought to find his senior—who vanished under suspicious circumstances—secretly partners with Shirou. Together, they decide to unravel the mystery behind the senior's case. While pretending to be lovers to deceive Ichirou's boss...
