Miza Yuuji is known as the "beautiful priest" of Uguisuzaka Shopping District, adored and respected by everyone for his gentle demeanor, kind nature, and skill as a Buddhist priest. Though he claims to have devoted himself to the clergy, vowing to remain unmarried and celibate for life, he has secretly harbored a crush on his best friend Saburou since middle school. When Saburou returns to town after an eight-year absence to take over his parents' tofu shop, Yuuji is forced to confront feelings he believed he had long since gotten over. Matters come to a head one night when Yuuji gets drunk in Saburou's presence.
