Résumé
Bunta Takakura est le directeur de l’école maternelle Action, bien que son allure intimidante, rappelant celle d’un yakuza, engendre souvent des malentendus auprès des habitants du quartier. Cette incompréhension constitue un gag récurrent de la série, souvent exacerbé par Shin-chan qui a l’habitude de l’appeler Kumichō, ou Parrain. Sous son apparence rugueuse, Takakura cache pourtant un cœur tendre et une nature bienveillante. Il a déjà tenté de se déguiser en super-héros, Enchoman, mais Shin-chan a vite percé à jour son identité véritable. Dans un épisode particulier, il a été révélé qu’il affectionne la lutte féminine.
