Synopsis

The Three Kingdoms Trilogy tells the story of the warlords vying for supremacy at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, culminating in the Battle of Red Cliffs and the division of the realm into three parts. As the first installment of the Three Kingdoms trilogy, this film marks the beginning of a chaotic era: at the end of the Eastern Han dynasty, before the curtain rises, the Yellow Turban Rebellion rises, imperial relatives seize power, and eunuchs cause political chaos. During the turmoil of the realm, Cao Cao and Yuan Shao sought to use the power of Grand General He Jin to check the eunuchs and support the Han dynasty. Unexpectedly, Dong Zhuo took advantage of the chaos to enter the capital, plotting to depose and enthrone. Amid the turbulent times, heroes such as Yuan Shu, Lü Bu, Sun Jian, and Liu, Guan Wan, and Zhang Fei all rose to prominence. The turmoil in Luoyang erupted, and the fate of the Han dynasty reached a crossroads......
