On what appears to be a typical night in Boston, a Satanic ceremony unfolds, with a bride selected as a sacrificial offering. Dracula, the Vampire King, interrupts the rite and kidnaps the woman. Initially intending to drain her blood and end her life, he becomes captivated by her extraordinary beauty and instead decides to make her his wife. Dracula and his new bride, Domini, enjoy a prosperous life together and welcome a son named Janus, causing Dracula's rebellion against Satan to recede into the background. Nevertheless, Satan remains bitter over the stolen sacrifice and secretly schemes to undermine Dracula's happiness at the opportune moment. Meanwhile, the Vampire Hunters continue their relentless pursuit of Dracula, seeking vengeance for the souls he has taken. Now burdened by family obligations, Dracula must shield his loved ones from both Satan's machinations and the unyielding chase of the Vampire Hunters, striving for his own survival and the preservation of his forbidden love.

After the Black Nebula Empire attacks Earth, the planet is held captive by the threat that a planted bomb will be detonated if anyone resists. The Yamato crew embarks on a perilous voyage to the Black Nebula Planet, determined to locate and disarm the device before the deadline runs out, striving to avert humanity's total destruction.

Horiguchi Genki is a five-year-old boy. His mother passed away when he was born, and he was raised solely by his father. His father, Shark Horiguchi, was a professional boxer who fell on hard times and became a wandering fighter. Despite this, Genki believed in his father's strength and his dream of becoming a champion, and he himself aspired to become a powerful boxer like his father. After his father's death, Genki was taken in by his grandparents. Even though they were opposed to him boxing, Genki resolved to become a boxer and continued training in secret. Through encounters with various people—such as Teacher Ashikiwa, who reminds him of his mother, and Mishima, a high school boxing champion—he forged his own path toward becoming a boxer.

Marin Reigan lost his father and his home when Gattler orchestrated a coup, forcing their people to abandon their dying planet and launch an invasion against another world. Driven by vengeance, Marin followed. But upon witnessing the planet they intended to conquer, he found a new purpose: to defend the unspoiled skies and seas of that blue world—Earth. The struggle will not be simple. Marin's technology alone can stand against Gattler's forces. Yet the Earthlings are reluctant to trust him, and the ruthless enemy commander Aphrodia hungers for her own revenge. Can Marin earn the Earthlings' trust, avenge his father, and halt the war? Note: Originally planned and scripted for 39 episodes, the series was canceled for various reasons, including a lack of anime magazine coverage and frequent airtime changes. The 31st and final aired episode was actually produced as episode 32. Three unaired completed episodes (31, 33, 34) were later released on LaserDisc/DVD/Blu-ray, and the finished scripts and storyboards for the final five episodes were shared in various magazines and a deluxe book.

Nuclear testing has caused the sudden evolution of the Fumoon, a tiny yet highly intelligent humanoid species residing on a small island, and their existence is discovered by Dr. Yamadano. Aside from a few individuals who witness them—such as detective Shinsaku Ban, the young men Rock and Kenichi, and Kenichi’s sister Pichi (Pinoko)—nobody believes his claims. The Fumoon are abducting animals from across the globe to take with them as they use their spaceships to evacuate Earth, aware that the planet will soon be destroyed by a black gas cloud formed from a stellar explosion. The Fumoon plan to leave humanity behind, but one of them, Rokoko, who forms a close friendship with Kenichi, attempts to assist Dr. Yamadano and the others in constructing a spaceship to allow a few humans to escape, with aid from Dr. Ochanomizu and Dr. Frankenstein.

During summer break, Lalabel, along with her companions Teko and Toko, shows up at the inn run by Teko's uncle. The uncle and his wife have left to assist an acquaintance with surgery, so their son Ryota is left to handle the entire hostel on his own. Lalabel chooses to lend the boy a hand, and as a group, they all get caught up in running the establishment together.

The 12-minute condensed version of the 1971 anime's thirty-seventh episode was screened at the 1980 summer Toei Manga Matsuri event. It uses only recycled animation from the original series.

Following an accident that caused her to lose her memory, Sue was taken in by Torao and his family. Even though she could not recall her past, she still felt a deep longing to become a singer. Eventually, it was revealed that Sue had originally been part of a band she formed together with her twin sisters. Her journey to reaching the summit of the music charts would prove to be full of trials and difficulties.
