Synopsis

Marin Reigan lost his father and his home when Gattler orchestrated a coup, forcing their people to abandon their dying planet and launch an invasion against another world. Driven by vengeance, Marin followed. But upon witnessing the planet they intended to conquer, he found a new purpose: to defend the unspoiled skies and seas of that blue world—Earth. The struggle will not be simple. Marin's technology alone can stand against Gattler's forces. Yet the Earthlings are reluctant to trust him, and the ruthless enemy commander Aphrodia hungers for her own revenge. Can Marin earn the Earthlings' trust, avenge his father, and halt the war? Note: Originally planned and scripted for 39 episodes, the series was canceled for various reasons, including a lack of anime magazine coverage and frequent airtime changes. The 31st and final aired episode was actually produced as episode 32. Three unaired completed episodes (31, 33, 34) were later released on LaserDisc/DVD/Blu-ray, and the finished scripts and storyboards for the final five episodes were shared in various magazines and a deluxe book.
