Kazumi Okushima (奥嶋和美) is a seiyuu known for her hobbies, which include gaming, reading books and manga, and scribbling. She holds the distinction of being the first voice actress to portray Kyuusuke Sarashina in Sailor Moon R, a role that was later assumed by Daisuke Sakaguchi for Sailor Moon SuperS. Beyond this iconic character, her other anime credits feature the role of Tohru in Ojamajo Doremi.
