After a chance encounter with the owner of the restaurant where he works part-time, Ban ends up employed at Trattoria Baccanale, a high-end Italian restaurant in Roppongi. He soon realizes that professional cooking is much harder than he expected. The manga follows Ban as he adapts to the intense pressures of his new position and connects with his coworkers, while also managing personal challenges like keeping his relationship with his girlfriend Eri, who is still in Fukuoka.
