In "Our Precious Conversations," Nozomi Aizawa follows her crush, Shirou Azuma, to the train station after school and gathers her courage to confess her feelings. Instead of a romantic outcome, Shirou's unexpected reply triggers a heated argument. After this, Nozomi and Shirou often meet at the station, where they keep clashing over their differing views on love and relationships. Despite the ongoing friction, their frequent, though quarrelsome, encounters gradually bring the two reserved teenagers closer. This volume also includes a one-shot called "Miracle☆Gift" (Volume 3).

Boku to Kimi no Taisetsu na Hanashi ranked eighth in the 2017 Kono Manga ga Sugoi! for the Female Readers division. In 2019, the series was nominated for the 43rd Kodansha Manga Award in the Shoujo category; it won the 44th Kodansha Manga Award in the same category the following year. The series was published digitally in English as Our Precious Conversations by Kodansha Comics USA from May 16, 2017, to October 6, 2020. It was also released in Spanish by Norma Editorial from October 31, 2017, to December 10, 2021.
