Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san
Smiling slyly, Nishikata devises a clever strategy to get back at Takagi for the constant teasing she directs at him from her seat beside him in class. However, right before he can put his plan into action, Takagi effortlessly neutralizes it with a single remark, leaving Nishikata bewildered. Once more, she has come out on top. From their first meeting in middle school, an unspoken rule governed their interactions: "the first to blush loses." Despite many attempts to make Takagi blush, Nishikata always ends up losing instead, enduring even more teasing. Will their relationship ever progress past this endless cycle of trying to outdo one another?

Background
Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san was nominated for the 10th Manga Taisho Award in 2017 and placed 10th in the final ranking. The manga won the 66th Shogakukan Manga Award in the Shounen category in 2021, along with Chainsaw Man. The series was published in English as Teasing Master Takagi-san by Yen Press from July 24, 2018, to March 25, 2025. It has also been released in Argentina by Panini Comics, and in Spain by Editorial Ivrea since April 2, 2019.
