Tensei, a college student with a deep passion for photography, becomes drawn to Makito, a boy whose face bears burn scars. After an accident, Makito—once a model—now works at a library in a quiet town to avoid the relentless stares. Knowing nothing of Makito's past, Tensei repeatedly visits the library to borrow and return books, slowly growing attached to Makito's fragile beauty. As Tensei continues capturing Makito through the lens, their affection deepens for the way he appears in those photographs. Yet just as Tensei begins to acknowledge the intensity of their feelings, someone from Makito's past reappears, determined to take him back...?
