In the sun-drenched coastal town of Izu, Iori Kitahara starts his university life at Izu University. Moving into his uncle's dive shop, Grand Blue, Iori dreams of an ideal college experience filled with charming companions and close friendships. His plans are quickly derailed when he meets rowdy upperclassmen who strip down and pressure him into drinking games. Despite initial hesitation, Iori joins in and becomes the center of attention. His fortunes shift when his cousin, Chisa Kotegawa, walks in unexpectedly and gives him a disapproving look. Nevertheless, Iori remains determined to pursue his perfect college life—will he succeed, or will his situation take an unexpected turn?
