The CEO of a firm specializing in self-driving algorithms finds himself trapped inside his own self-driving car by an unknown intruder. The perpetrator, who identifies himself as Mukarraf, issues a demand: close down the Shuto Expressway where the vehicle is currently driving, or else he will detonate a bomb concealed within the car. What is Mukarraf's true objective?
