Midori Nagumo, a broke college student, is the focus of this absurd slapstick comedy from the creator of Nichijou. She races through a city packed with eccentric people, unleashing a cascade of chaotic events. Sinking under heavy debt, she can't pay her landlord, who relentlessly demands the overdue rent. Her once-gullible best friend has caught on to her tricks and refuses to lend money anymore. Desperate ideas like threats or petty theft cross her mind, but they're not realistic solutions. Getting a job might solve her financial woes, but it would cut into her time for impromptu escapades across the bustling city.
