Hoshifuru Oukoku no Nina

In the land of Fortna, a devastating plague swept away much of the population five years ago, including the parents of a young girl named Nina, who is marked by her striking deep-blue eyes. Left to survive on her own, she bands together with other orphans and turns to theft as a means of getting by. But misfortune strikes again when she is captured by a group of mysterious men. Her captor turns out to be Azure Seth Fortna, the second prince of the royal line. Alisha, Azure’s half-sister and a secluded priestess-princess, had recently died in an accident just before her planned marriage to the crown prince of the neighboring kingdom of Galgada. Though Nina bears no resemblance to the late princess, both share a rare trait—uncommon blue eyes. To prevent conflict between the two realms, Azure intends to pass Nina off as the real Alisha. Despite her doubts, Nina agrees to Azure's plan to impersonate the deceased princess. Learning the ways of royalty proves difficult, but Azure helps her prepare for the transition. With the fates of both nations hanging in the balance, Nina is determined to make the stars shine in her favor.

The series has been digitally published in English as Nina the Starry Bride by Kodansha USA since April 13, 2021, and in print since October 24, 2023.
