July 2011 Special Mei Yasumura is thrown into a panic when Hikaru and Kaoru Hitachiin suddenly back out of a modeling job for an upcoming fashion show. The twins suggest Ritsu Kasanoda as their replacement. With no other options and a tight deadline, Mei decides to train the reluctant Kasanoda to take on the modeling work. August 2011 Special On a hot summer night, the Ouran Host Club members gather to tell ghost stories. Their session is interrupted by Takashi Morinozuka, who arrives late and claims to have seen a ghost. When they investigate the spot where he saw it, the group finds a spirit that resembles Kyouya Ootori, though Kyouya is very much alive. As they try to figure out who the mysterious figure is, the club encounters a child who wants to join a festival.
