"Sin" is a power that awakens in individuals who have committed crimes. Detective Ren Hizuki of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigative Division spends her days fighting the surge of violent offenses driven by these "sin" abilities. One day, she is transferred to the newly formed Public Security Bureau, Division 9, where she meets the timid Detective Yushiro Oboro.
