Neko, Hajimemashita: Nyantomo Kininaru Nyao
Nao Kazushiro is an ordinary high school student—until a traffic accident leaves him trapped in a cat’s body. At first, he enjoys the novelty of his new form, but the fun fades when hunger strikes. Fortunately, a girl his age named Chika takes him in, offering food and a home off the streets. She’s sweet and pretty, but he’s still stuck in a furry feline body. Will Nao (now called Nyao) ever return to his human form, or will fur fly instead of sparks?

Background
Neko, Hajimemashita: Nyantomo Kininaru Nyao originally ended in the February 2016 issue of Ciao with 4 chapters, until serialization resumed in the June 2016 issue. The series won the 65th Shogakukan Manga Award for the children's category in 2020. The series has been published in English as My New Life as a Cat by Seven Seas Entertainment since April 11, 2023.
