Ichitaka Seto is a 16-year-old high school student who has secretly been in love with Iori Yoshizuki, a classmate who gained popularity after being featured in a magazine. Despite his feelings, Ichitaka has not confessed due to a painful rejection in his past. His opportunity for a connection arises when he is paired with Iori for the Freshman Welcoming Ceremony.
