Summary
Ordinarily, he possessed the fragile, babyish appearance of a bullied child, but once the Band-Aid on his forehead was peeled off to reveal his third eye, he displayed amazing supernatural powers and a glittering mind. Known as "Assaji" in Buddha, Sharaku appears in the 2004 Black Jack series as a timid middle-school student who was often bullied. He becomes Pinoko's first friend after she breaks up a fight between them. Although he is cowardly, he cares greatly for his friends and is well-versed in trivia regarding history and science fiction. Sharaku is the younger brother of Chiyoko Wato.
