Ashisogi Jizo
Summary
Ashisogi Jizo serves as the Zanpakutō for Mayuri. The name references Ksitigarbha, a bodhisattva who guards children and the underworld. In Japanese tradition, this figure is known as Jizo and typically appears as an infant clad in Buddhist monk robes. In its Zanpakutō form, Ashisogi Jizo features a massive baby head atop the blade. The hilt is wrapped in cloth, and several spiky protrusions extend from beneath the blade, resembling leaves.
