Summary
Czesław Meyer is the youngest of the Advenna Avis immortals. His guardian, Fermet, subjected him to prolonged torture to test the boundaries of his eternal life. Czesław eventually devoured Fermet to end the pain, only to discover through the memories he absorbed that the abuse was merely for Fermet’s personal gratification. This revelation drove Czesław into paranoia, leading him to trust no one and adopt a preemptive strategy of devouring other immortals before they could do the same to him. During the 1930s, he displayed a complete disregard for human life, even suggesting the mass execution of a large group to identify an immortal among them. His outlook shifted after meeting Isaac and Miria, and specifically after receiving forgiveness from Maiza. Consequently, he abandoned his hunt for other immortals and began living with Ennis and Firo.
