Summary
Arisa Uotani is a sixteen or seventeen-year-old former member of a female gang known as "The Ladies." She became one of Tooru Honda’s closest friends after Tooru’s mother helped her escape the gang when Arisa decided she wanted out. Described as tough, brash, and occasionally violent, Arisa is surprisingly emotional and cries easily when her friends are involved.
