Summary
Anno Namihei serves as a postman on the planet Aqua and holds the distinction of being the first person Akari Mizunashi encounters upon her arrival. He is the one who transports the then-sleeping Akari to Aria Company after learning she has begun her there, a connection that fosters a lasting friendly relationship. This bond allows for mutual assistance, such as Namihei borrowing Akari for a postal run when his gondola requires repairs, or Akari inviting him to the Redentore festival. Within Kannarejiyo, his colleagues regard him as an elder, a status that has earned him the nicknames "Elder" and "Ojii-san," along with various variations of that term.
