Oki, Kouji
Summary
Kouji Oki serves as a B-rank Sniper within the Ikoma Unit. He is an easygoing and confident individual who frequently acts in a flirtatious manner toward younger girls, often complimenting them while claiming he wishes they were his sisters. Although he denies being popular with the opposite sex and keeps this part of his life secret, he once challenged Touma’s assertion that he hesitated to shoot at Chika in round six because she appeared to be aiming for a mutual hit. Oki argued that Chika was simply too cute for him to pull the trigger. Such protests are widely viewed as part of a "good guy" façade; in reality, Oki is willing to shoot, even if he may find targeting younger girls more distasteful than other opponents.
