Summary
As the most senior member of the "Pumpkin Scissors" unit, Lili Stecchin keeps her history shrouded in mystery, with records only indicating her service in a military band during a previous posting. She functions as Captain Hunks' assistant and is also tasked with looking after Mercury. Her spirits are lifted significantly by the arrival of Randel, as it finally allows her to hold a rank superior to everyone else in the group aside from the messenger dog, giving her the satisfaction of having an "underling."
