Summary
Hatori, also known as Tori, is a 28-year-old editor working in the Emerald department. While he initially presents himself as serious and reserved, it is later revealed that he harbors deep, secret feelings for his childhood friend, Chiaki. After confessing his love and sharing a kiss, Hatori pulls away, fearing that Chiaki does not reciprocate his affection and instead loves his rival, Yanase. However, unbeknownst to Tori, Chiaki actually shares similar feelings for him.
