Kanoe
Summary
Kanoe is the younger sister of Princess Hinoto and serves primarily to undermine her sibling by supporting the Dragons of Earth. Possessing the ability to enter and exit dreams, much like Hinoto and Kakyō, she lacks the power to see the future without assistance. In her daily life, she holds the position of secretary for the Governor of Tōkyō at the Tōkyō Metropolitan Government Building. Her romantic life involves a sexual relationship with Yūto, though she occasionally flirts with Satsuki and, for a brief period, Fūma as well.
