Summary
Maria, a seventeen-year-old born on December 24, serves as Nagi’s maid and acts as a surrogate older sister and mother. Despite her youth, she carries herself with a maturity far beyond her years, often leading those around her to mistake her for being older, a misconception that irritates her. She frequently corrects this by insisting, "I'm still a fresh seventeen year old." As the most sensible member of the household, she effectively manages Nagi’s manor, commanding the respect and fear of everyone from the head butler to the SP. Her intelligence is such that she is considered smarter than Nagi, a fact that led Nagi to hire her first as a tutor and later as her exclusive maid. While she excels in general housework and possesses a somewhat devious streak, she lacks common sense regarding money, mirroring Nagi’s poor financial judgment. Maria enjoys a variety of pastimes, including video games, chess, billiards, singing, and karaoke, and she has a habit of teasing others. However, she suffers from Katsaridaphobia, harboring a paralyzing fear of cockroaches, which she disdainfully calls "the dark life-form that exists in the kitchen and other places."
